These are great tips – for sensitive types but really, for everyone. Getting clear on your needs is key to honoring yourself, whether at home, in an intimate relationship, at work or with friends. The two points that I found most helpful (which people sometimes ignore) are: taking min-breaks and traveling wisely. Honoring your need for mini-breaks (or what I call, 'sharpening your saw') just makes sense, and traveling with a companion can really be stressful if your personal space isn't honored. Clarity and communication, as this article puts it so well, are key to success.
