Doing what you love to do helps for sure in this area.  But not everyone can do that at all times, so making the most of what you've got is key. 

Finding other people like you helps you to feel connected at least, so that you aren't feeling like you're the only one in your situation.  And it gives you the chance to really be yourself, without having to censor or modify what you say.  When someone else thinks like you and understands you when you share something and isn't overwhelmed when you're at your full intensity, now that's something to celebrate!  And for sure going to work would be much better if this were the case. :)
