A circle? A square? An oval? A triangle? Perhaps a rectangle?
All kidding aside, being physically fit is a challenge that a lot of gifted people face because for many they've spent the good part of their lives being intellectually brilliant (or at least pretty smart ) and have therefore spent less time than perhaps they should have on taking care of their bodies. And your brain only gets you so far. Eventually you have to get up and do something!
